Executive and leadership coach
Lina Janas
I create the conditions for leaders and professionals to discover what they could not previously see, so they can navigate complexity with greater clarity and a little more confidence.
My approach is grounded in partnership. I do not arrive with a prescribed answer or tell you what to do. Together, we slow down the immediate question or issue, examine what is shaping it, and make room for new possibilities to emerge.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade leading complex, high-stakes initiatives within a large multi-trillion dollar institution. I understand what it is like to make consequential decisions, lead across competing priorities, and move work forward when there is no simple answer.
